Coal placement 
In the past, I've used 2 sets of coals on opposite sides of the Weber, with the exhaust port at one end of the centre section without coals.  This time, I've only used one set of coals and put the exhaust port on the opposite side to the coals.  I've also been able to use a larger drip tray as a result.
